Follow the instructions given by the potato machine operator regarding preparation and maintenance. Traditional cooking: Bring 25l water to the boil – remove from energy. Stir bag content (5 kg product) quickly into the hot boiling water. Allow to stand for approximately 3 minutes. Ready-to-serve. A package provides about 166 portions à 180g of finished product. Note, if extra fat is added, it shall be added into the finished mashed potato, not in the water.
Dry, not over normal room temperature until date on package (expiration date).
