This roller grill sausage has a slightly stronger seasoning, a more coarsely ground texture and a meat quantity of as much as 80%. The classic seasoning consists of paprika, Cayenne pepper, garlic and allspice. Perfect for the roller grill!

Roller grill: 80-85˚C for 25 min-2 hours. Inner temperature: 72 °C.

Deep frozen: -18-24 °C or below until expiration day on package. In fridge (+2-8 °C) max 5 days. Do not refreeze after defrosted. Defrost in fridge for about 12-24 hours before cooking preperation.
