Our crispy Snitzsare are made from pork breaded in a flavourful breading. A slightly simpler variation on the famous schnitzel, with red peppers for that little extra heat! A classic in many Sibylla restaurants.
Frying plate: 180 °C for about 3 + 2,5 min (change side when meat juice went through the meat). Inner temperature: 72 °C.
Deep frozen: -18 °C or below until specified date on package (expiration date). Do not refreeze after thawing.
